Born in the North, but raised in the South, Carlin has always had a passion for new homes, new places, and new faces. Carlin specializes in helping people who are chasing a dream to create something tangible, which has been the one common thread in every career she's explored. She has extensive experience working with and providing exceptional customer service to people of all cultures.

Carlin has lived a varied life. She graduated from Providence Day School and then attended Drew University in New Jersey, where she was a varsity fencer and performed in 6 different music groups. Her first job was in College Admissions and Event Planning at Drew, until she realized she craved work that fed her need to problem-solve for people. Carlin's next position in Hotel Management on cruise ships allowed her to spend years exploring cities worldwide and working with a diverse international crew.

This work proved to her that Charlotte was the type of city you settle down for! She returned to spend several years in property management before falling in love with her career as a Realtor.

Her ties to Charlotte run deep, and she feels passionate that it offers something no other city can. Charlotte embraces both native Charlotteans and newcomers alike with its unique blend of "Small Town, Big City" energy. Carlin adores working in a place she loves, and is driven by a desire to get to know different people.
